Pricing & Payment
The customer agrees to pay Heartland Dumpster Rental a base fee to rent a roll-off dumpster.
The customer should understand that the base fee includes (1) delivery to a specified address, specified rental period, (1) dumpster pick-up, and 1-3 tons in disposal fees.
The customer agrees to pay a variable rate per ton for all disposal charges exceeding the specified weight limit.
The customer agrees to pay for any special item disposal surcharges incurred including; but not limited to mattresses, box springs, tires, televisions, propane tanks, appliances, and electronics.
The customer should understand that Heartland Recycling Services is a transportation company only and not affiliated with any 3rd party landfills or transfer stations. As such, the customer will not hold our company financially responsible or blame-worthy for any extra fees incurred at these disposal facilities.
The customer agrees to pay for each additional day they request to keep the dumpster.
The customer will not hold Heartland Recycling Services financially responsible or blame-worthy for weight overages incurred due to rain, water, snow, or ice that has accumulated in the dumpster. The customer may cover the dumpster with a tarp to prevent water weight overages.
The customer is not allowed to fill any dumpster higher than the top of its sides. If the driver rejects the load at pick-up due to overloading the customer must unload the dumpster will be responsible for paying a “dry run” fee plus any fuel surcharges incurred.
The customer accepts all responsibility for making payment and property accessible to the driver. If the driver cannot deliver or pick-up your dumpster due to non-payment, unsigned-contract, low-hanging tree branches, low laying power lines, locked gates, parked cars, wet grass, or any other financial or physical obstruction, there will be a “dry run” fee incurred plus any fuel surcharges.
Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee if delivery is not canceled within 48 hours.
Customer agrees to pay any fuel surcharges specified by Heartland Recycling Services.
Customer should understand that payment for all base fees as well as any known additional rental time will be due upon delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overages or other fees not paid for upon delivery are due within 7 days of container being picked up.
The customer should understand and accept that 33% of any unpaid balance will be added to my bill as a late fee starting 7 days after the dumpster is picked up. If this balance is not paid, there will be a late fee of 15% for every month it remains unpaid. There will be a minimum of a $50.00 late fee for any unpaid balance.
The customer agrees to pay all costs and expenses for the collection of unpaid amounts including without limitation, attorney fees, 3rd party collection fees, court costs, and other costs allowed by the law.
The customer authorizes Heartland Recycling Services to have unrestricted access to charge any unpaid balance to the customer’s account at any time.
